Senior Project Manager


The Sr. Project Manager exercises overall management responsibility for the completion of projects on time, under budget and in complete conformance with client plans, specifications and other contract documents. Establishes teams to plan work, including but not limited to, determination and assignment of project bidding, estimating, pre-construction planning, budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, and overall management of projects. Responsible for oversight of ongoing construction projects and direct supervision of project managers and project superintendents. Establishes project management work flow in order to accurately track and monitor project management team assignments. Ensures projects are progressing according to schedule and budgetary constraints. Supervises superintendents and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of contracted work.

Project Manager

Oversee and orchestrate each project from inception to warrantee. Attend pre-bid meetings, assists the Project Estimator with responses to all pre-contract award, establishes a detailed project schedule and budget in accordance with TTG standards formats, negotiate project costs changes as required, develops, submits and negotiates the acceptance of profit improvement value engineering.

Project Superintendent

Houston/San Antonio/DFW

Responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities, as well as work with project teams. Assists in developing the construction schedules, scopes of work, bid packages and solicit subcontractors and suppliers.

P.E./Assistant Project Superintendent

Houston/San Antonio/DFW

Responsibilities include working with the Project Managers and Superintendents on the initiation of project documentation; assist in cost estimating, planning, scheduling, materials procurement, cost control and quality management.

P.E. Internship Program


Our internship program is designed to allow the intern to rotate between the engineering and estimating departments in both the office on a project site. The intern will be trained by a Project Engineer, Estimator and/or Project Superintendent to gain a full overview of the construction services process.

TTG is looking for capable carpenters who will be responsible for designing, building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, and other items using different types of materials including wood and steel.

Painters are expected to, under supervision, perform journey level work in painting and finishing on a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces and structures.
