Medical Coverage
After 90 days of employment, The Trevino Group offers medical insurance coverage to all full-time employees.
Health Savings Account
If you enroll in the medical plan, you will be eligible to enroll and contribute money to the health savings account plan. The Trevino Group will contribute monthly to your account which will assist with out-of-pocket expenses.
Dental
TTG offers a PPO dental plan. Under this plan, the employee can visit any licensed dental provider in network or out of network.
Vision
We offer a vision plan in which the employee has the option to go to a provider in-network and out-of-network.
Life Insurance
The company offers $25K life insurance at no cost to the employee. The employee does have the option to increase their coverage at their cost.
Short- and Long-Term Disability
The short-term disability plan will pay 60% of the employee’s weekly earnings at a maximum duration of 13 weeks at no cost to the employee. The employee will have the option to enroll in the long-term disability plan at their cost.

Sr. Project Engineer
Central / San Antonio, TX
Assists Project Managers with the planning and daily execution of the construction project. Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, maintaining schedules and budgets. Manages, directs and coordinates the subcontractor’s compliance with the Contract Documents as delegated by the Project Manager. Responsible for the oversight of Project Engineers.
Project Engineer

The Project Engineer provides technical and administrative support throughout all phases of a construction project, from preconstruction through close-out. This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective coordination between field operations, project management, and subcontractors. The Project Engineer also manages submittal approvals, monitors material delivery schedules, and ensures all project documentation—such as RFIs, submittals, and close-out materials—is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of assigned construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contract documents, specifications, and client expectations. This role provides leadership throughout the project lifecycle (from pre-construction through closeout) and ensures effective coordination among internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives. The Project Manager assists in the preparation of project estimates, schedules, value engineering options, and other pre-bid requirements as directed by senior leadership. This role requires strong project oversight, proactive risk management, and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Staff Accountant
Houston, TX
Assist accounting department in the area of accounts payables, accounts receivables, reconciling accounts, hourly payroll and develop, coordinate, and maintain all files and records. Must have excellent math skills, and the ability to manage several assignments simultaneously. Must be able to maintain successful relationships with vendors, customers, bank officers, and all levels of company personnel and be familiar with, and able to use, computer and accounting software. Must have full understanding of relevant internal controls and establish audits to prevent inaccuracies. Possess significant knowledge of current accounting principles and practices, as well as effectively communicate with management efficiently.
Assistant Project Superintendent
Houston/Galveston
Responsibility includes assisting the Project Superintendent with the overall day-to-day supervision of field related construction activities for one or a small number of construction projects as assigned. Assist with directing field personnel and subcontractors, scheduling the day-to-day jobsite activities; oversee projects to assure in compliance with the scope of work as established by the contract documents; reinforce jobsite cleanliness and safety of the project; proactive with resolving problems that can delay the project completion; assist with the permit and inspection process; perform inspections of the work done by in-house craft workers as well as the subcontractor’s work to ensure the work is within plans and specifications set forth by contract documents; attend progress meetings; assist with estimates for minor construction/renovation work upon request. Assist with maintaining project binder in order to track project schedules, requests for information, construction change requests/directives, project safety (including ILSM), and any additional project related documentation.
Assistant Project Manager

Acts as key liaison and support staff person for the Project Manager. Substitutes for the Project Manager as necessary and/or required in the coordination and management of the day to day project operations and activities. Assists the Project Manager in the coordination of the Project Superintendents and field personnel as necessary and/or required. Interfaces with clients concerning project related activities on behalf of Project Manager or company as necessary and/or required. Attends client related functions as required by Project Manager or Company Officers. Communicates and coordinates with project vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project schedules. Oversees the day to day activities of the Project Engineer as delegated from the Project Manager and/or as required. Keeps the Project Manager fully apprised regarding all project related activities and events. Assists in the oversight of project related documentation including but not limited to; RFI’s, submittals, meeting minutes, ASI’s, correspondences, close out documents, change proposals, and miscellaneous documentation. Helps coordinate activities and documentation work flow with Project Administrators and Project Engineers. Assists in the development of schedules as required by the Project Manager and/or as necessary. Assists in the development of estimates, change proposals, and change orders in conjunction with the Project Manager. Attends project meetings as required and/or necessary. Provides reports and reporting to the Project Manager as required and/or necessary. Supports, coordinates, and assists with various aspects of a project from start to finish. Assists in cost estimating, planning, scheduling, materials procurement, cost control and quality management, in order to complete projects on schedule, within budget and according to specified standards of quality and performance.
