Junior Estimator

The Junior Estimator supports the preconstruction team in all phases of the estimating and bidding process, from initial concept through bid submission. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date subcontractor databases, bid calendars, and bid boards to ensure timely and organized proposal efforts. This role reviews bid specifications and project drawings, assists in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and project budgets, performs quantity take-offs, and supports the development of preliminary construction schedules. The Junior Estimator also participates in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather critical information about project requirements and site conditions.
