Benefits

Medical Coverage

After 90 days of employment, The Trevino Group offers medical insurance coverage to all full-time employees.  


Health Savings Account

If you enroll in the medical plan, you will be eligible to enroll and contribute money to the health savings account plan.  The Trevino Group will contribute monthly to your account which will assist with out-of-pocket expenses.


Dental
TTG offers a PPO dental plan.  Under this plan, the employee can visit any licensed dental provider in network or out of network. 


Vision
We offer a vision plan in which the employee has the option to go to a provider in-network and out-of-network.  


Life Insurance
The company offers $25K life insurance at no cost to the employee.  The employee does have the option to increase their coverage at their cost.


Short- and Long-Term Disability
The short-term disability plan will pay 60% of the employee’s weekly earnings at a maximum duration of 13 weeks at no cost to the employee.  The employee will have the option to enroll in the long-term disability plan at their cost.

Project Manager

Houston/DFW

Currently, we are in search of an experienced Project Manager. This individual performs pre-bid review of plans, specifications and other contract documents for all potential projects assigned. Attend pre-bid meetings, assists the Project Estimator with responses to all pre-contract award, establishes a detailed project schedule and budget in accordance with TTG standards formats, negotiate project costs changes as required, develops, submits and negotiates the acceptance of profit improvement value engineering. Provides Project Administrators with reports, approval of subcontract agreements, purchase orders and other documentation as necessary to verify conformance of deliveries. Monitors all subcontracts and TTG self-performed work to assure complete conformance with project plans, specifications and contact documents. Establishes subcontractor progress payments and submits TTG progress payment requests to Owner/Architect for approval. Approves all subcontractors and other vendor invoices prior to payment. Conduct final walk through and confirm completion of the Owner/Architect Punch List. Performs other duties as requested.

Construction Service Representative

Houston

1. Travels to meet with clients and to establish and/or expand business opportunities.
2. Assists the Construction Service Manager in participating in walk-throughs, preparing project proposals, and cost estimates. 3. Continuously interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services and to handle and resolve complaints.
4. Assists in the management local staff of skilled and unskilled craftsmen
5. Coordinates staff assignments
6. Ensures timely and accurate completion of all customer transactions.
7. Promotes quality control procedures among staff members
8. Provides quality assurance checks for project compliance with policies and procedures
9. Promotes safe project work habits and adherence with project safety requirements
10. Coordinates acquisition, use, and maintenance of equipment, tools and materials to complete projects.
11. Attends jobsite progress meetings as needed.
12. Acts as liaison between Client Representatives, field construction craftsmen and project superintendents.
13. Tracks client interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
14. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service program.
15. Exemplifies the service attitude of The Trevino Group at all times.
16. Performs other duties upon request.

Assistant Project Manager

Temple/Waco

Acts as key liaison and support staff person for the Project Manager. Substitutes for the
Project Manager as necessary and/or required in the coordination and management of
the day to day project operations and activities. Assists the Project Manager in the
coordination of the Project Superintendents and field personnel as necessary and/or
required. Interfaces with clients concerning project related activities on behalf of Project
Manager or company as necessary and/or required. Attends client related functions as
required by Project Manager or Company Officers. Communicates and coordinates with
project vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project schedules. Oversees
the day to day activities of the Project Engineer as delegated from the Project Manager
and/or as required. Keeps the Project Manager fully apprised regarding all project
related activities and events.

Sr. Project Engineer

Houston, San Antonio

Assists Project Managers with the planning and daily execution of the construction project. Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, maintaining schedules and budgets. Manages, directs and coordinates the subcontractor’s compliance with the Contract Documents as delegated by the Project Manager. Responsible for the oversight of Project Engineers.

Project Superintendent

Houston/San Antonio/DFW/Waco

Responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities, as well as work with project teams. Assists in developing the construction schedules, scopes of work, bid packages and solicit subcontractors and suppliers.

Project Engineer

Houston/San Antonio/DFW

Responsibilities include working with the Project Managers and Superintendents on the initiation of project documentation; assist in cost estimating, planning, scheduling, materials procurement, cost control and quality management.

P.E. Internship Program

Houston

Our internship program is designed to allow the intern to rotate between the engineering and estimating departments in both the office on a project site. The intern will be trained by a Project Engineer, Estimator and/or Project Superintendent to gain a full overview of the construction services process.

IT Specialist

Houston

Job Descripton

The IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. This individual will troubleshoot hardware and software issues; respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems. May also be involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the IT systems, networks, and peripherals. Additionally, will escalate more complex problems and work alongside the IT Manager to learn and have an understanding on a higher level for IT solutions.

Project Assistant

Houston

Provides administrative support to the Project Management team, including, but not limited to project correspondence, manage project files, manuals and logbooks, assist with project close-outs, and file project documents. Tracks, logs and verifies certified payroll, if applicable. Properly documents and/or processes all required permits, insurance verifications for general and sub-contractors. Provides assistance to other management staff members as required.

Estimating Assistant

Houston

Responsible for support of the estimating department, notification, compilation, and subsequent storage of bid documentation. Ensures subcontractor database, bid calendar and bid boards are kept up to date. Evaluate bid specifications and drawings and preparing project budgets and estimates. Prepares bid take offs and preliminary schedules. Attends pre-bid meetings and site visits to record information on bid requirements and existing condition of project site. Must have thorough knowledge of construction processes and documentation. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to maintain good working relationships with all clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Business Development Assistant

Houston

The business development assistant will be providing administrative support such as answering bid calls, organizing proposal files, creating monthly reports and assisting with compiling information needed for the proposal submission. Additional responsibilities will consist of managing the company’s social media accounts and organizing career fair events. This individual will also ensure a high-level of customer service satisfaction with our customers and clients and assist our company with efforts to reach its sales goals.

Assistant Project Superintendent

Houston/Temple/Waco

Responsibility includes assisting the Project Superintendent with the overall day-to-day
supervision of field related construction activities for one or a small number of
construction projects as assigned. Assist with directing field personnel and
subcontractors, scheduling the day-to-day jobsite activities; oversee projects to assure
in compliance with the scope of work as established by the contract documents;
reinforce jobsite cleanliness and safety of the project; proactive with resolving problems
that can delay the project completion; assist with the permit and inspection process;
perform inspections of the work done by in-house craft workers as well as the
subcontractor’s work to ensure the work is within plans and specifications set forth by
contract documents; attend progress meetings; assist with estimates for minor
construction/renovation work upon request. Assist with maintaining project binder in
order to track project schedules, requests for information, construction change
requests/directives, project safety (including ILSM), and any additional project related
documentation.

Receptionist/General Office Clerk

Houston

Responsible for all activities relating to the Front Desk including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail to appropriate individuals. Must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional attitude, demeanor, and exemplify the company’s service attitude. Must maintain confidentiality of all accounting and other company information. Must maintain a high ethical and behavioral standards.

Painter

Houston/Galveston/ San Antonio/DFW

Expected to perform journey level work in the painting, finishing, and maintaining of a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces and structures; may direct the work of other classified staff in the area; and perform related work as required.

Carpenter

Houston/Galveston/ San Antonio/DFW

Responsible for designing, building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, furniture, and other items using different types of materials including wood and steel.
